R&D Center + Laboratory
At present, FANGKUAI has more than 100 patented technologies, including ultra speed cooling tubes, automatic sewage discharge, scale detection, PLC automatic control system, corrugated furnace, enamel liner, boiler water level controller, intelligent oxygen content adjustment and other technologies. The researches have won the national technical patent certificate.
PLC Intelligent Control System
The device is independently designed and developed by FANGKUAI. The system is stable and very sensitive. It can respond to changes in heat, burner load and water pump during boiler operation.
Corrugated Furnace
The corrugated furnace structure not only increases the heating area of the furnace, but also alleviates the damage caused by thermal expansion and contraction to the combustion chamber.
Ultra Speed Cooling Tube Technology
The unique wing groove structure increases the heat exchange area by 5 times, heat transfer is faster, heat loss is smaller, and the area covered of boilers is reduced by more than 40%.
Enamel Liner
Inner food-grade coating, fully meets drinking water standards; and has anti-corrosion, anti-rust and anti-scaling functions to ensure no rust, thus extending boiler life.
Independent R&D
At present, the company has passed ISO quality management certification and ASME boiler pressure vessel certification. The headquarters of the group is located in the beautiful city---Anyang, Henan, China. It has a national R&D center, a boiler laboratory simulated full working conditions and two manufacturing plants.
