Proper water circulation protection measures for gas-fired hot water boilers can effectively prevent bad phenomena such as boiler water vaporization and water hammer after the water circulation pump stops suddenly. 1. Between the inlet and outlet pipes of the circulating water pump, set the bypass pipe of the check valve. The pipe diameter should be close to the main pipe, and the cross-sectional area of the bypass pipe shall not be less than 1/2 of the cross-sectional area of the main pipe; check valve The water flow direction should be consistent with the water flow direction of the pump.
2. A heavy hammer type micro-open safety valve is set on the water inlet pipe section of the circulating water pump, and the overpressure drain pipe can be connected to an open water supply tank or a drain.
The design of the circulating water system of the gas-fired hot water boiler room should also meet the following requirements:
1. A stop valve or gate valve should be installed on the outlet pipe of each boiler, and a stop valve and a check valve should be installed on the boiler water inlet and make-up water pipes.
2. When hot water boilers are operated in parallel, a regulating valve should be installed on the inlet pipe of each boiler so that the deviation of the outlet water temperature of the parallel-connected boilers does not exceed 10°C.
3. The height of the boiler outlet pipe and the place where gas is easy to gather should be equipped with gas collection and exhaust devices, and the size of the exhaust valve should not be less than DN20.
4. Drain pipes and drain valves should be installed in the low and low recesses of the system.
5. A decontamination device should be installed at a position where the return water main pipe of the hot water system is easy to be cleaned. There should be pressure gauges and shut-off valves before and after the decontamination device, and there should be a bypass pipe that is 1 to 2 smaller than the main pipe.
6. Boiler rooms with multiple hot spots should be equipped with water separators and water collectors. The water separators and water collectors should be equipped with drain valves, thermometers, pressure gauges, etc.
